Biographical Sketch:
I taught for eleven years in the Cherry Creek School District in Centennial, Colorado. I was a third grade teacher and a kindergarten teacher. When my family moved to Fort Collins, I took some time off to spend with my own children. This is now my tenth year at Olander. My first year I taught half-day kindergarten, and this is my ninth year working as Olander's reading interventionist.

Why I enjoy teaching:
I love hanging out with kids! I love to read, and to share my love of reading with students is a blessing. My goal is to help students become life-long readers.

About My Classroom:
The Literacy Lab at Olander is a place where students are able to receive small group targeted reading instruction to help improve their reading skills.
